Session Times

Please note that the club closes down completely during Perth school holiday periods

Monday 1800-1930: Open class for ages 16+

Tuesday 1800-1930: Registered Boxers class available by invitation only

Wednesday 1800-1930: Open class for ages 16+

Thursday 1800-1900: Open Class for ages 10-15

Friday 1630-1730: Open Class for ages 10-15

Friday 1900-2030: Open class for ages 16+

Saturday 1000-1130: Registered Boxers class available by invitation only

Sunday 0900-1030: Open class for ages 16+

There is currently a waiting list for all classes. Please fill out this form if you wish to be added to the list.

Fees

It costs £3 per class for 10-17 year olds and £4 per class for 18 and over.

You can pay by card or by cash when you arrive at the boxing club.

Prior to participation you will complete a Physical Activity Readiness
Questionnaire. If you are under 18 your parents should complete this U18 Physical Activity ReadinessQuestionnaire for you instead.

Boxing Scotland Membership

Insurance requires every person that participates in a class to be a Boxing Scotland member.  It costs £5 and membership lasts until 31 July every year.

You can complete the membership form online at www.boxingscotland.org/product/affiliate-membership/.

Please show the club a screenshot of your membership.

Boxing Equipment

You need a skipping rope, handwraps, and boxing gloves.
You can buy most of these items from stores like Sports Direct, Seconds Out (online) or Geezers (online).
The club has handwraps for £5 and gumshields for £4 in stock.

If you want to Spar

There is no requirement to spar. If you want to spar as a minimum you require:

• 14 ounce gloves
• A mouthguard
• A headguard.

Sparring will be controlled and at a level you are capable of.

If you want an Amateur Fight for the Club

Boxing is a hard rewarding sport. We do not allow people to fight unless they show they are capable and fit enough to fight. Depending on your starting point this could take you months to years of hard work and
commitment.

Registered Boxers classes are by invitation only; for those that show promise and dedication to training.
